PFI was awarded the landscape contract to install the Courtyard, Sky Terrace, and 32nd floor roof terrace designed by Thomas Balsley Associates. This installation is the first of three buildings planned as part of this project. 

PFI served as consultants and landscape contractors for this 1800 square foot terrace, perched on the 19th floor of an iconic 1930 Art Deco building in Midtown. Design was by Nievera Williams Landscape Architecture, with whom PFI has enjoyed a successful collaboration for years.

Served as landscape contractors for this project including landscaped terraces on three levels, entry plantings and street trees totaling over 10,000 square feet. Design by Handel Architects and Sullivan Group Design, Landscape Architects.

Landscape contractors for two condominium properties in Battery Park City, designed by Costas Kondylis & Partners and Stamatios P. Lykos. Terraces included intensive green roofs with trees, shrubs, perennial beds, lawns, and extensive sedum green roofs around mechanical areas totalling nearly 13,000 square feet.

Installed a modern 2500 square foot terrace designed by Nievera Williams Landscape Architecture for a private residential client. Responsible for installation and construction of all landscape elements, including built-in seating and storage.
