Served as landscape designers and installers for the renovation of Manhattan House’s one acre private garden, one of the largest in New York City. In addition to design and installation of the urban gardens and a roof terrace, PFI provides ongoing maintenance, seasonal plantings, floral and holiday design services to the property.

Served as landscape contractors for the complete renovation of the courtyard of this iconic Rosario Candela designed Fifth Avenue property in New York City. The garden design by Nievera Williams Landscape Architecture was done in conjunction with an extensive lobby renovation and created an elegant evergreen oasis.

Worked with the client to select planters and plant selections for an existing private residential terrace. Ongoing garden maintenance includes plant care and seasonal plant selection and installation.

PFI revamped two terraces on this rooftop perched above Gramercy Park to provide a luxurious and classic appearance. Boxwood hedges complimented by accents of color from flowering vines create a stunning space to entertain and relax. At street level, planters line the entry, providing  seasonal color and interest throughout the year. PFI actively maintains the property’s gardens, while also providing interior floral décor for its lobby, and marketing events.
