






For a corporate client’s new headquarters, PFI designed and installed 8535 square feet of terraces. There are five distinct spaces altogether, encompassing two separate floors, with dramatic views that overlook Columbus Circle and Central Park, and a variety of light and wind conditions.

Served as landscape designers and installers of this 1012 square foot terrace space for a corporate client. Design work was coordinated with TPG Architects who designed the office interiors. Though commercial in ownership, the terrace has a more intimate scale similar to a large private residential space.

Designed and installed a 3500 square foot private garden and 1600 square foot rooftop sun deck for a private residential building.

Multi-phased landscape design/build project for The Whitman, the ultra-lux neo-Georgian condo conversion located in NoMad, Manhattan. PFI designed and installed green spaces for five terraces that offer a mix of lounging and recreation to both balance and match the energy of the urban landscape in New York City.

Served as landscape designers and installers of the 8,000 square foot roof terrace on a commercial property in the Hudson Square neighborhood. Project features two large intensive green roof beds with rolling topography created with a build-up of foam and soil layers and built-in wood planters. This project received a Green Roofs for Healthy Cities 2010 Award of Excellence.

Served as designers and installers for this 1600 square foot terrace on East 47th Street. The terrace includes two primary spaces for meeting and entertaining, divided by a large feature planter which undulates to create visual interest on the terrace and from the adjacent offices. Design was coordinated with Gensler, which designed the interiors of the office project, with project management by Jones Lang LaSalle.
